Review Time
I have booked a survey on two separate occasions. The surveyor turns up rings my mobile to get the key code number and then drives off without doing the survey. He said he has at least 15 appointments a day and was told by the manager to drive to the next appointment as he only rang once.Seems to me they are very unprofessional I tried to resolve the matter by speaking to the office manager but no joy.Let's see what their response is🙀
I applied with very little expectation as i wasn't on any benefits. I'm glad I did because they really helped. The staff are really friendly and down to earth and always helpful and polite. It was a very good experience from start to finish. They sent someone to assess the property, then I got a call from Cosy homes, extra insulation would be installed to bring up to new spec. After this they installed solar panels to make house more efficient. In my case I didn't have any central heating just a gas fire. Cosy Homes then arranged for my house to get heating. At every stage they arranged installation dates to suit, after the work they sent inspector to check all the work n if necessary call contractor back to fix. Its well worth applying and nothing to lose by asking. Highly recommend. First class service start to finish.
