BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! IT TOOK SO MANY EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS JUST TO TALK TO SOMEONE. I WAS MISSING AN (ONE) ITEM FROM MY ORDER. THEY DIDNT EVEN REACH OUT TO ME OR REFUND MY MONEY RIGHT AWAY. IT WAS MY TIME THAT WAS TAKEN AWAY, WHY DONT COMPANIES CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ANYMORE. THEN THEY DONT CARE TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE IT RIGHT SO YOU CONTINUE BEING THEIR CUSTOMER? THESE BIG CORP. DO NOT CARE. I WISH I COULD CARE LESS AT MY JOB BUT GUESS WHAT....I CANT AND I WONT BECAUSE I CARE ABOUT EVERY SINGLE PERSON I CARE FOR. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHAMED. NEVER AGAIN WILL I MAKE THIS MISTAKE....SHOP LOCAL OR WHERE YOU KNOW THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. LUCKY THEY GET 1 STAR, I'D GIVE THEM ZERO STARS
