I ordered six jeans for my son, and while they initially looked good, after just a couple of washes, several developed holes. To compare, my son has other jeans from a different retailer that have lasted two years in excellent condition. He treated the new jeans the same way, washing them together without any difference in care. The only distinction was the quality. When I reached out to the company about my concerns and requested a refund, they provided a claim number and asked for the items back to assess whether it was a quality issue or my fault. If they decide it was my fault, I would lose both the defective items and my money. This situation reflects poor customer service. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. The quality is subpar, and I will not be purchasing from this company again, as even the other retailer offers better quality for children's jeans.
