I attended an interview because I genuinely need a job and had arranged it through their AI system. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I found out they were conducting an inspection for 2-3 hours, and I was told to return another time. This was extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time, showing a lack of consideration for applicants. The atmosphere felt very arrogant, and the staff were quite disrespectful and rude. They didn't even inform anyone that the interviews wouldn't take place as planned. It was a frustrating experience.
