We met the amazing team at Chilled last year at their 14–17-year-old experience day at Coltishall, an event I would also highly recommend. The team were knowledgeable, approachable, supportive, and spent time answering my numerous questions, my son had an amazing time on the track with Steve Brooks, his instructor for the session.Steve spent time at the event answering more of our questions, he built up a good rapport with Steve, so I booked my son in with him for the intensive course. Steve has been amazing, supportive, communicative, flexible, and knowledgeable, my son and I cannot praise him enough.The admin team have been exceptional with clear and efficient communication at each stage; all my requests/enquiries have been accommodated with prompt responses.The written feedback from the mock test undertaken by Shaun C was concise and detailed and extremely helpful.The whole Chilled team all played a pivotal role to enable him to pass his test first time, yesterday. My sincere thanks to you all.
