I reached out to the representative on a Friday afternoon, and despite it being late, he promptly helped me. After some back and forth, it turned out I wasn't inserting the micro SD card properly! I felt bad for taking up his time, but once I figured it out, the cameras worked brilliantly. The footage is perfect for our needs, and we're now considering which front camera to buy next.
