Bracket failure led to camera loss

The bracket securing the camera broke, resulting in the loss of my rear camera. By the time I returned home, it was missing. The quality from this source is disappointing. Unless the company improves their sourcing, I would advise against purchasing products from that region.

Incredible camera for the price!

This camera offers outstanding value and quality at an unbeatable price. With over 5 hours of battery life, it's hard to find a better option in this price range. The customer service has also been exceptional; after my dog chewed the charging plug, the representative replaced it at no extra cost. I can't fault the service!

Just received my new camera

I just got my new camera mounted on my handlebars. After a quick test ride, I encountered a close pass and reported it to the police! During a full ride later, I experienced another close pass and reported that too! The video quality is excellent, the app is fairly user-friendly, and it allows for easy camera setup. I'm very satisfied after just one day of use.

Fantastic product and outstanding customer support

The light is fantastic and very bright. I purchased mine about a year ago, but it recently developed a charging issue. I reached out via their social media, not expecting much, but received a reply within 10 minutes with an offer to send it back for inspection. A week later, I received a new unit due to a faulty charging port. Incredible customer service on top of a great product. Thank you, and wishing everyone a lovely holiday season!

Quick resolution for my rear camera issue

I encountered a problem with my rear camera and reached out to the representative. They advised me to send it back for inspection, and it was found to be faulty and replaced with a new one. The process was hassle-free and they were quick to respond.

Ignored by customer support after product failure

I purchased a wireless HD camera, but after only six months and about ten uses, the video quality deteriorated significantly. Now, the recordings are completely unusable. I've emailed the company twice regarding a return for replacement or refund, but all my inquiries have been ignored. Meanwhile, I still receive promotional emails from them. I cannot recommend this product given the lack of support.

Great support despite my own mistakes

After watching several reviews online, I bought two rear bike cameras, which seemed perfect for my biking adventures. They arrived quickly, but I struggled to connect to the app and record. I reached out to the representative on a Friday afternoon, and despite it being late, he promptly helped me. After some back and forth, it turned out I wasn't inserting the micro SD card properly! I felt bad for taking up his time, but once I figured it out, the cameras worked brilliantly. The footage is perfect for our needs, and we're now considering which front camera to buy next.

Terrible customer service and lost property

After receiving a faulty camera and returning it along with my memory card at the representative's request, I am now over £100 out of pocket and have received no responses to my emails. The timeline of events has been frustrating, with multiple attempts to contact the company resulting in silence. I would like either a full refund or the return of my memory card, but they have ignored my requests.

Quick resolution for SD card issue

I recently faced a problem with my rear camera that had stopped recording. I reached out to the company, fearing it was faulty. They quickly determined that my new SD card hadn't been properly formatted and took care of it for me. Upon receiving it back, I made a quick recording to confirm the camera was working, which eased my concerns about its quality. My takeaway is to use a 'high endurance' SD card and replace them regularly to avoid issues.
