I ordered a TV stand from the company, and it took almost a month, along with a passive-aggressive email before they acknowledged my order with the shipping service. I was informed it would arrive in week 52, about four weeks after I placed my order. Nine days later, I sent another pointed email as the shipment hadn’t even been registered by the shipping service; on the same day, they confirmed my order and arrival date. Essentially, the company only seems to respond after receiving reminders through assertive emails!
