I returned a bottle due to its poor quality, following the instructions provided and even covering the return shipping cost. The parcel has been stuck as 'on its way' since 26 November 2025, with no updates. The courier suggested I reach out to the company, as sometimes deliveries occur without tracking updates. The customer service from the company has been very unhelpful. I was informed they would look into it with the courier, which could take 10–14 working days, but it's now been over two weeks without any news. My follow-up inquiries have gone unanswered. They will not process a refund until they receive the parcel, even though this seems to be an issue with their selected courier. It has been nearly a month since I returned the item, and I'm still uncertain about my refund. Very disappointing service overall. The combination of the company and the courier is unfortunate - I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them.
