This feedback will likely be ignored, but the service from one station to another is dreadful. Yes, the line is busier with ongoing repairs, but why does this service consistently operate with too few carriages during busy times? On the last train of the evening, there were people sitting on the floor because only two carriages were provided. We've missed events due to this frustrating policy. One journey was delayed by 50 minutes, just shy of the 60 minutes needed for a full refund. We received a £5 refund after paying over £40 for tickets, which hardly compensates for the missed £90 tickets to a play.
