For their prices they should really at least pretend to give a t**s .. The 6:05 Marylebone train is always at least 2 carriages shorter than what's needed and it's even worse when they send out the triple seat row ones out. You're not cheap, you're not reliable most of the time, late for no reason and even headwinds slow you down. At least send enough seating out so nobody has to stand for their grand a month ticket. Absolute joke. Most of the passengers on that train are working all day and using the train Mon-Fri. By the time it hits Bicester it's already full.

I take this service a lot - this morning I was running very late and reached the train doors as they locked. Rather than drive off the driver saw me and opened the doors. I am so thankful and feel like this would not have happened with many other train serves. Thank you!!

Ignored feedback

This feedback will likely be ignored, but the service from one station to another is dreadful. Yes, the line is busier with ongoing repairs, but why does this service consistently operate with too few carriages during busy times? On the last train of the evening, there were people sitting on the floor because only two carriages were provided. We've missed events due to this frustrating policy. One journey was delayed by 50 minutes, just shy of the 60 minutes needed for a full refund. We received a £5 refund after paying over £40 for tickets, which hardly compensates for the missed £90 tickets to a play.

I was at the platform, and a train was scheduled to leave shortly. I asked the staff if this train would stop at my destination, but they interrupted me mid-sentence, leading to confusion. I ended up on the wrong train.

Disappointing journey from Bicester North

A disappointing experience traveling from Bicester North to the destination yesterday. The train was 30 minutes late, and the carriages were full, forcing us to stand for the entire hour-long journey, all for a fare of £67. On the return, the train had only two carriages, leading to standing room only again. It's hard to understand why there would only be two carriages for a train on a Saturday night. The carriages were also small, outdated, and dirty. We’ll consider driving next time.

Chaos yet again

Another day of using this service brings more chaos. Delays, cancellations, and confusion among staff due to another signal failure. I requested a refund on a weekly ticket, but it seems I won’t get back about 40% of it, and I’m unclear why. This service is simply the worst.

Frustratingly overcrowded

This train line is incredibly frustrating! There's constant overcrowding and not enough carriages. I can’t comprehend how they maintain the franchise. The trains are old and frequently under repair, leaving insufficient stock to meet demand. Commuters are often standing, and sometimes the trains are so packed that you can't even board. If possible, avoid this train line.

Reliability issues

This railway service is truly disappointing. I'm almost always delayed on my journeys. Tonight, we are crawling slowly with no announcements explaining the delays or offering apologies. Last week, the train broke down completely, leaving passengers stranded.

Consistently poor experience

This is genuinely the worst train line I’ve used. I commute regularly and am met with frequent cancellations, delays, overcrowded trains, and a terrible refund policy. They constantly cancel or delay trains for no apparent reason, and when they do, they aim to refund as little as possible.
