Awful experience. I have never found a sit in this railways (train from London Marylebone to Birmingham). I have to pay almost £40 everytime to stand for an hour and a half.There is always more than 10 people standing in each coach. Just add some coaches to offer a decent service. If I had a choice I would never travel using this railways again.
