Chime used to be a great bank in my opinion but lately I've ran into several issues; 1 I cannot dispute a transaction without being forced to get a new card. Which means I would not be able to use my card until the new card arrives. Which will be fine when I completely remove chime from my general usage. 2. I tried to buy materials from lowes using my chime card, something I've done hundreds of times using cash app or normal bank cards, my money, 300 and some dollars, got taken from my account and put in a "pending" status, for over a week. In the mean time I had to pay cash for the materials and wait while chime figured it out, and customer service was no help at all. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
