I've been with chime over 2 years.They are nothing but liars.They claim your direct deposits hit by 9am eastern time which is a total lie.Mine never arrive until after 4pm even though payroll where I work is sent out Monday and pending for those depending who they bank with.I get paid Wednesday with chime but too late..They lie about over or spotme.i'm just at $40 after 2 years of 5 times the eligible direct deposit required.i get $60 if I boost which is a total joke..Why even go through that chime?Just give the $200 you advertise but you don't.They have mypay..I've been at $320 for the longest now but they took $120.00 when in 2 years I've paid everything back with each check... I'm eligible for the installment loans and live in a qualifying state but I don't have that feature either..Most banks,real banks reward customers for staying with them and always being on time with whatever they borrow.Not Chime, you're just a number and they could careless how long you've been with them or how loyal you've been..On the main page of chime these idiots put your bills and what you spend..They don't know anything about my bills so everything on my home screen is false.I didn't want to give one star but had to in order to let people know, get rid of your chime account and deal with a local bank only.I've caught chime in more lies than I can count...These idiots want us to tip for a feature they put up for more customers but swear not tipping has no effect on overdraft or mypay well I'm proof that's bs...over 2 years and just now at $40 overdraft and I lost $120.00 in mypay when they have all been paid in full since I've joined them...Quit them,they shouldn't be in business..I know I am.I found a much better bank that appreciates its customers
