I wanted to share my experience with my recent order. Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. I received my sunglasses, didn’t like them, and chose to return them. I understand paying for shipping both ways, but what I don’t understand is why my Klarna account is still being charged the full amount, even though I was supposed to receive a refund.I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and clarify why the refund hasn’t been processed.Thank you for your help.
