Ordered some ski goggles. The Company sent through the wrong colour of the model I ordered. Annoying but not an issue if they could send through the right pair in time for my trip. I have tried contacting customer service three times in the last 2 weeks without response. Super frustrating given I also had to pay excess duty for the wrong goggles after a Company error. Very disappointing. Based on the other negative reviews Chimi clearly isn't being run well...

I ordered a pair of sunglasses for my boyfriend on 28 November 2025 as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, they were not the right model. I wasn’t worried at first, because the website clearly advertised that returns were possible until 7 January 2027.However, the “return” function on the website did not work, so I was forced to select “claim” instead. The sunglasses have never been worn. I also informed customer support that this is not actually a claim, but that I had no other option to submit the request.After a very long waiting time, support finally replied — but even now, in February, I still have not received a return label. I am also no longer receiving any responses from your support team.Unfortunately, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I ordered a few years back from CHIMI and loved my new sunglasses actually. After two weeks wait I still haven't received them (UPS got some problems because CHIMI forgot to mention an address detail). I reached out to CHIMI and the response time is so slow, after 6 weeks I am still waiting for my refund or how they want to solve the problem. Never again - so disappointed by their customer service, for that price I expected more!
I ordered a pair of sunglasses, they were beautiful unfortunately didn’t fit how I wanted them to. HOWEVER, I have been extremely disappointed with the refund experience. I sent the sunglasses back immediately and received an email saying they had been received and processed. The email said refunds take max 15 days, unfortunately it’s been over 15 days and I’m still awaiting a refund. I have contacted customer service, and received no reply. Extremely disappointed in CHIMI and will not be using their website again.
I sent an email to their customer support over 11 days ago now, I have chased up with zero response.I am not able to take in my parcel and need it to be returned back to Chimi for a refund. It's currently sat at UPS and I cannot get in contact with Chimi to help sort. Useless.
