Awful awful awful!!! Do not buy! Starting to think this is a scam? My glasses never arrived, by the looks of the tracking it went to the wrong address. Contacted immediately! They were very responsive initially helped raise a claim with UPS and they told me I needed to wait, ups then contacted me and confirmed the parcel was missing, then I went back to the company and advised them off this and asked for a refund, ups confirmed to me they had advised the company it was lost. As soon as I asked for a refund they started to ignore me, every email is ignored and no response. Radio silence!!!!! Would avoid
