The item was delivered quickly, but I had to return it due to sizing issues. The refund was processed promptly, but the updates from the payment service were incorrect, asking me to pay for something already deducted after the return. Additionally, I faced hefty charges for both delivery and return, which made the experience even worse. Despite several attempts to contact customer service, I received no meaningful response or assistance. My final email outlining the issue was sent on December 16 and remains unaddressed. I also called, but my call went straight to voicemail. I am really upset and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer care. This was my first and will definitely be my last order with this company. They have shown no interest in resolving the issue or retaining customers. Terrible experience.
