I ordered a jumper for my mother for Christmas but never received an order confirmation via email, despite submitting my details and receiving promotional messages. This lack of communication led to me being unaware that my parcel had supposedly been delivered until I reached out to customer support. Eventually, I received an order confirmation along with a delivery link, which indicated that my package had been delivered a week earlier. However, it was nowhere to be found, as the delivery proof showed it left on the side of my driveway instead of at my door, despite the clear path and gate. When I searched for my parcel, it was gone because I had no prior notice of the delivery. While I understand the delivery company is at fault, my primary concern lies with the customer service team, as my multiple inquiries over the months were simply directed back to the delivery company without any effort to resolve the issue. I've reached my limit with unproductive emails and still can't give my mother her Christmas gift. The customer service phone number listed on the website is ineffective; every time I tried to call, it went straight to voicemail or had a full inbox. The level of customer service is unacceptable, with all problems shifted onto others. I received nothing, nor were there any suggestions for a refund or replacement—just blame. I spent too much on this jumper to be treated this way and feel completely scammed. I demand my money back!
Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered a winter hat on November 19th, 2025. The item was delayed due to a shipping error, and by mid-December, I still hadn’t received it, so I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. Now it’s mid-January 2026, and I haven’t received a refund. It feels like this company has just taken my money! I’m shocked that a retail business can operate this way.

I ordered several sizes and returned most, and although the returned items were received on November 29, I still haven’t received any update on my refund.
