The quality of the 'cashmere' is terrible—it feels cheap, rough, and itchy, far worse than my other cashmere items that cost less! I returned it immediately and was charged an excessive £5 return fee. I’m shocked and won’t be shopping here again, especially since I own many cashmere pieces. Disappointing experience.
