I paid an £80 deposit on a Sunday but could only arrive on Tuesday. On that day, I was told they couldn't come out and promised they'd be there Wednesday. When Wednesday arrived, they again said they couldn't make it and insisted I drive to them by noon if I wanted the repair done before Christmas. I made the drive with a severely cracked screen. Upon arrival, they claimed it would take 1.5 hours, but it ended up taking over 2 hours, and I had to call for updates. The replacement windscreen had scratches, and when I asked for a swap or refund, they said I’d have to wait until after Christmas. I was forced to accept it as I needed my car. I couldn't cancel without losing my deposit, and despite the inconvenience, there was no discount. I had to go elsewhere to fix the damaged new windscreen due to their poor service.
