I booked an appointment and paid an £80 deposit on a Sunday but couldn't arrive until Tuesday. On that day, I was informed they couldn't make the trip and promised to come the next day. However, they again canceled and told me I had to drive to them by 12pm if I wanted the repair done before Christmas. I made the drive despite having a severely cracked screen. Upon arrival, they claimed it would take 1.5 hours, although I was initially told it would be done in 1 hour. Ultimately, it took over 2 hours, and I had to call to check on the progress. To make matters worse, the replaced windscreen had scratches all around the inside. When I asked for a swap or a refund, they said I would have to wait until after Christmas. Needing the car, I reluctantly accepted. I couldn't cancel the appointment without losing the £80 deposit, and there was no discount offered despite my inconvenience. I also couldn't get a refund or replacement for the damaged screen, as they took too long to replace my windscreen with one that was already damaged. Due to the poor service, I chose to go elsewhere to fix the issues with my new windscreen to avoid further complications.

They left me stranded with a damaged vehicle in the cold. Absolutely unacceptable!

From my initial call to the repair, I can't recommend this service enough! They were helpful and courteous. The technician did an excellent job on the chip in my windscreen, and it's now unnoticeable. A first-class service that I would definitely use again.
