I would rate them lower if possible. Please steer clear; I paid a deposit and was told they’d come the next day, but they didn’t show up due to a breakdown. The following day, I was informed they were on their way, but again, no one arrived. When I called, they couldn’t contact the technician for an update. They refused to refund my deposit, citing their policy, even though I was neither canceling nor absent. I lost £80 without receiving any service.
