They called during the week to say no one was available, so I agreed to take my car to their location, stressing the urgency due to my upcoming MOT. After taking the day off work, I received a message at 7:20 AM stating they couldn't fit the screen due to the technician being sick. When I spoke with a representative, they shifted the blame onto me. They also refused to refund my deposit. If you research this service, you'll find they dissolved recently. I strongly advise against paying anything to this company.
