I had a terrible experience after paying a deposit to secure a booking. I was ignored multiple times when I sought help. After bringing my car in, they claimed the work was done, but the boot wouldn’t close, and glass was still falling out of the so-called repaired windscreen. Even after attempts to fix it, they insisted on full payment before allowing me to leave, despite the ongoing issues. I was blocked in with my children in the car and felt forced to pay. They left me stranded with a damaged vehicle in the cold. Absolutely unacceptable!
