I've bought a lot of books and been mostly happy but I needed customer assistance as book I ordered didn't show up in MyLibrary. I've contacted "Customer Assistance" multiple times. I've received a number of automated nonhelpful replies. Now I've received 2 horribly complicated emails about multiple things I could waste my time doing that are not relevant to the situation. Am going to use a different book service.
