I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service when I contacted them for a refund. The item I ordered was meant as a gift, but on the day of delivery, I received an email stating there was an error and it wouldn't be sent. They suggested an exchange, but the alternatives were far more expensive. I requested a refund via email with no response. When I called, the representative was blunt and uncaring, merely stating that management would be informed, and a refund would arrive in 15 days. I was left without a gift and feeling very upset, as I received no apology or empathy. I won't be purchasing from them again.
