Made a purchase online on Saturday, expected item to arrive next day delivery on Tuesday.
However after emailing them twice with no response. Phoned them they were going to phone back that didn’t happen either.
Went to the chat function to find out the item is sold out. At what point would they be contacting me?
Will not be purchasing from them ever again.
Selecting the ring was a straightforward process with numerous choices available, and it is genuinely beautiful. I did pick the incorrect size for my partner, but the support team was able to assist me in finding the right size after I visited their location. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service when I contacted them for a refund. The item I ordered was meant as a gift, but on the day of delivery, I received an email stating there was an error and it wouldn't be sent. They suggested an exchange, but the alternatives were far more expensive. I requested a refund via email with no response. When I called, the representative was blunt and uncaring, merely stating that management would be informed, and a refund would arrive in 15 days. I was left without a gift and feeling very upset, as I received no apology or empathy. I won't be purchasing from them again.
Served by a young man named Alfie, who provided excellent customer service along with the best cup of coffee. I also got a beautiful diamond necklace, and a lovely staff member helped us switch to a longer chain. Great service from happy staff; I’ll return, especially for Alfie’s coffee.
