After a lot of careful thought , time spent in store a few emotional tears and a promise of a refund or exchange if I wasn’t happy with the rings ,and the understanding that they would take approximately 4 to 6 weeks , we placed an order .. A simple ( no design required ) Custom order for 2 diamond rings placed at beginning of Nov 2025 to celebrate a very special Anniversary , 3 weeks later after ordering and paying a deposit I received an email requesting me to ok the design For 1 ring ! … I had placed a simple order for 2 rings that did not require a re design , they had combined the 2 rings into 1 and come up with a new design ! At this point I was furious as 3 weeks had already passed and I was promised 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Multiple visits back and forward to the store and during this time I was very patient . 6 weeks past and still no rings ! Fast forward into Jan 2026 , 2 1/2 months had passed , still no rings . Eventually end of Jan they arrived only to find that the engagement ring wasn’t the same dimensions as the ring I had chosen , back and forward again multiple times and Feb came , we had already paid a deposit and 2 months instalments ( which upon later discovery found we shouldn’t have paid any until goods were received! ) … middle of Feb I received a call to say rings were adjusted and ready for collection. By this time I was extremely upset 😢 , the sparkle ! And excitement of receiving these rings for our special anniversary had gone , they were only to forever remind me of all the hassle , torment and stress we had gone through . I decided to ask for a full refund and cancellation only to be told you need to accept these we don’t do refunds ! You can imagine my response.. Eventually after several phone calls forward and back to managers , area managers etc etc they cancelled our order .. I am now sat with no special rings and a fear or ordering anything anytime soon … A sentimental gift to celebrate our marriage has been ruined and I will never set foot in Chisholm Hunter again !!!!
