I contacted Chiswick Auctions to arrange a phone call back as I didn’t want to miss my lot. Explained to Katy the lot number and asked the rough time of the lot. After she had helped me I put the phone down and realised not only had I given her the wrong lot number but also I wasn’t going to be in at that time and could she change the number to a friends number.
