I have been a customer for a long time but now it seems that their customer service at the top level has gone way way way downhill. The people at the actual drop points are wonderful but when you need assistance asap and can no longer reach help with a shipment that needs to go out that day you have to go through a BOT. the timeframe sucks and often I have to ship without sending the item in question. They close your case without even talking to you I've noticed as well. If they don't change things I will be going back to Canada Post.
