I have been a customer forever and was very happy. Lately, it is a disaster. They are losing 50% of international shipments and by losing I mean the carrier like ascendia does not receive my shipments. If there is a delay - they do not communicate that and when I finally mange to get someone on the phone - they did not want to answer what is causing the delay. It is nearly impossible to get a support online. And finally, they do not process the returns properly in CARM. So, you have 5 days to login to CARM and create the declaration by yourself.Overall, at this point I would recommend to go with someone else.
