I ordered a pair of shorts and had them sent to an address I'd be visiting 7 days after ordering and where I'd be for a week. It took the package 19 days to arrive at that address—after I'd left and after the occassion for which I'd bought the shorts. I can't recover the package—it was sent to my daughter's apt. and I was there to help pack her up for a cross-country move. My assumption was that ChloeMason would resend the item to make up for the unusual lag time. But their response was a disengenuous "that is reasonable timing." In tracking the order I see the shorts didn't even arrive in the US until the June 21—10 days after I'd ordered them. And not delivered until June 30. I'd be perfectly content if they quickly said we'll send you another pair. Instead, in insisting their timing was within reason (I am the queen of online shopping—it's not), they have lost me as a customer and I will spread the word.
