Well, we're now in week 11 / 12, and there's no sign of the wardrobe, despite it being scheduled to arrive in your warehouse last week.
There's also no sign of the phone update you promised me today, after I threatened to cancel my order.
And yet the website keeps advertising the 6-8 week delivery timeframe you're clearly not sticking to.
Only a week to go before I axe the order entirely, and claim the money back from my credit card...
