I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life.

From start to finish I have been given nothing but incorrect and misleading information about my order. I was repeatedly promised delivery dates that were never met, including the latest of being told it would arrive on Thursday 30th January or Friday 31st January at the very latest. Because of this, I wasted two full days staying at home waiting for a delivery that never arrived.

Despite asking multiple times for tracking information, this was ignored. There has been almost no communication unless I chased them and even then the responses were delayed and unhelpful. The timescales I am now being given were never mentioned at the time of purchase and the company has completely failed to deliver within any reasonable period.

At this point it has been over 3 weeks, I genuinely doubt my order is ever going to arrive at all. The entire experience has been frustrating, stressful and a complete waste of my time.

The company has been appalling throughout. Broken promises, false delivery dates, poor communication and zero accountability.

Lack of communication and poor service

I ordered a hallway table at the end of November 2025 and haven't received any further communication from the seller. I also paid half the amount upfront. I strongly advise against ordering from this disappointing company. I will be reaching out for a refund due to their shocking customer service; avoid them at all costs.
