We are now on day 21 of my submission to have my washer fixed. CHW keeps telling me they have raised the level of seriousness of the repair that needs to be completed on my washer. After telling me my part was on order, and was to arrive on 04/06/2026. The part never arrived, and now they are telling me its on back order for an additional 7-14 days. If I didn't currently have a repair order in place for my washer, I would drop this company and never look back. Poor service & they don't delivery as promised. BUYER BEWARE !
