If I could give no stars that’s what they deserved I filed a claim took off work to be available and the technician did not show up in the timeframe that was stated in my email. The Representative Vina hung up in my face because I asked to speak to a supervisor. They wouldn’t even accommodate me she just rescheduled my appointment and hung up. I don’t like their customer service at all.
