I could show you months of communications first trying to have my furnace repaired, then simply trying to quit their service. You're better off buying a service plan from your local plumber. I cancelled in August, they failed to respond until December when I resent my email cancellation, then stated there was due refund. Also note that all 5-star reviews are from "invited" customers. This is nothing less than paid advertising and a shameful act from a dishonest company.
