I needed an electrician because my lights were flickering and randomly some outlets wouldn’t work. The electrician came out and said I needed my panel upgraded. CHW didn’t contact to follow up so the same thing happened approximately a month later. I asked the attendant why didn’t they contact me and she said they closed the work order out so I would have to open another claim and pay another $100. He came out and verified what I already knew, but my claim was denied because of something about it wasn’t from wear and tear! I’m considering closing this service!
