Unprofessional/lack of service or interest over serious health n safety issues

I am writing this review . To bring to ppls attention that if you have any complaints about a stay at any Choice of sub branded hotel . Ie comfort inn hotel . And have a complaint about issues ie . Black mould . And potential extreme safety issue . As in a 70 mm 10 mm thick support post that is 90% rusted out . Which I luckily have pics of . Do not seem to be of any major health or safety concerns . Have to date had over 6 calls to Choice Australia . With no satisfaction . But was offered a complimentary privilege card . And some bonus points . For any inconvenience . Lol . I have since received a call from Choice USA . Who acknowledged that the complaint was valid and on a recorded call was told I would receive a refund . Once providing a booking no . Waited for a call no call . Contacted the US no . To provide the booking no . To then be told sorry we now can't give a refund as this is in Australia . After initial call saying it was the least that would be done as Black mould was not acceptable and passed a possible health risk . Then asked to hold to be transferred to Australia . But was just disconnected. So tried the Australia depth. To be told sadly no refund possible . As mentioned above do have several pics clearly showing multiple issues . I . Believe that this is such a dissapointing lack of response or interest. This is why I have written this review . To be treated so poorly and above issues deemed not important or serious . Is SAD to say at the least . And to not be willing or compassionate enough to at the least offer a refund of $220 Au . . I can not put into words how very frustrating and dissapointing this complaint has / hasn't been dealt with . In closing have cut up my privilege card . And would never stay in any choice or sub branded hotel again . Only wish pics could be attached . Very DISSAPOINTING CHOICE . TO SAY AT THE LEAST .
