My experience with this agency for my first stay in the UK has been unfortunate. They didn't provide an inspection report upon my arrival, leading to concerns during checkout. I've read enough reviews to believe they will try to withhold my deposit. Their lack of accountability and failure to show up on time caused me significant inconvenience.
