Was there three times. Pretty nice. Big buffet many choices. Even sometimes drinks come little bit slow. Acceptable. The key to enjoying a buffet is to arrive at the restaurant early.
I went in to the chopsticks in Portsmouth recently and was mind blown by the customer service I received from the young lady Kowshika who was so sweet she made sure I was happy with what I ordered not only that making sure all the vouchers on my app were scanned I highly recommend this branch Incredible service will definitely be back
Tell you what please don't listen to the staff in the liverpool one shop as clearly don't know what they are saying buy 3 topping on top of noodles or rice 8.99 buy a drink and you get a bag of chicken balls free except its not free really as cost if the meal goes to 12.38 so they charge you over 3.00 for a drink that 99p everywhere else highway robberdick turpin wore a mask whats chopsticks excuse
Food was cold, salmon terriaky was without taste, terriaky sauce was standing far far away srom there, no salt no any other spices. Horrible taste.Beef undo... no taste, plain, watery...Shredded Beef, wasn't a beef there was pork ,taste horrible... plain Ribs... bones 90%, 10% meat.Do not recommend to anyone, worst food that we had ever.
The worst app i ever used!!!! Food is alright. Tasty fresh but sometimes its probably cause of the staff meat rates are ridiculously small. But app is bloody nightmare… you logged in and ordering food, pick what you wanted, paid for it and then suddenly it’s asking you to create account… wtf..!? But its showing you as loged in… now discount applies nothing….
First of all the noodles ran out. So had to wait 10 minutes for those to be cooked. Then the katsu chicken ran out so had to wait for that. Then the curry sauce ran out. If I wasn't so hungry I would of walked out. If they see items getting low, that's when you should be preparing more. Not when everything has actually gone. No apologies, no free item as a good will gesture. Not my best experience tbh.
