I placed an order online expecting it to arrive within 4 days, but it has now been 10 days with no sign of my shipment. The customer support team has been completely unresponsive to my calls and messages, leaving me uncertain about the status of my order. This experience has been very disappointing and reflects a lack of professionalism. I cannot recommend this service.
