Online Purchase Discrepancy

I ordered a ring online, and the price included all taxes and fees. However, upon delivery, I was asked to pay additional taxes and duties, which amounted to 10% on top of the original price! This resulted in me paying more than what was quoted. It has been a very frustrating experience.

Disappointing Quality in Luxury Items

Over the years, I've purchased several jewelry items, but two high-priced pieces have been particularly disappointing. One watch, which was quite expensive, fails to keep time despite being automatic. Now out of warranty, I simply wear it as an accessory. The second piece, a ring, lost its glass and subsequently the diamond. Both items reflect poor quality for a brand that claims to be luxury.

Terrible Quality and Reliability

I urge you to avoid this brand. I bought a 10K diamond watch that required repairs four times within a year! The face cracked with minimal movement, the battery died, and then it started losing time, with the minute hand falling off. I am extremely upset. It’s hard to believe such a fashionable brand offers such poor quality.

Disappointments with Happy Diamonds Collection

My husband gifted me four pieces from the Happy Diamonds collection, and I've found them quite disappointing. While the two pendant necklaces are beautiful, the clasp tends to shift to the front, making it look unattractive. The matching earrings are too heavy, causing one of my ear piercings to stretch. The bracelet has several lengths, but since my wrist is small, there's excess that hangs awkwardly.

My ring required repairs almost immediately after purchase, which is unacceptable for a high-end brand. The repair process has been a nightmare, with endless delays and lack of communication. Frustrating Experience with Repairs

This company has been a complete disappointment! I sent my expensive watch for a battery replacement, and it returned in worse condition. Their response was that they couldn't rectify the issue and sent it back without any intervention. It's infuriating!
