Half of my order was missing, and when I went to the same store later, I found all the supposedly unavailable items on the shelves. A pack of eggs arrived half broken, and when I contacted customer support, they told me to call a hotline for a refund. This is impractical when you’re busy and managing a lot of responsibilities. I’m grateful I used a free delivery offer; otherwise, it would have been a huge disappointment. I will definitely not use this service again.
