Very disappointing service.

The service was extremely disappointing. I placed an order and waited past the delivery time, only to find out via the app that my order had been canceled without any warning. Why offer a delivery service if it can’t actually deliver? The provider has tarnished its once good reputation. What’s happening with my order?

What’s going on? I placed an order tonight and after an hour and a half, nothing has arrived. The delivery service has been terrible tonight. It’s now over three hours, and the driver seems to have vanished.

Avoid this service.

I tried this service for the first time today since I was unwell and couldn’t go out. After an hour, they hadn’t even started picking my items. I reached out to customer service, who contacted the store. They claimed it was a Wi-Fi issue and assured me my order would arrive. Five minutes later, my order was canceled automatically. I got a refund immediately, but I won’t be trying this again.

Unacceptable experience.

This experience was completely unacceptable and felt like a scam. I ordered through the delivery service, which was handled by a driver. The driver canceled the order mid-delivery, and I received nothing. Customer service told me another driver would take my order, but after waiting over an hour, no one showed up. To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive a full refund; I was charged for a bag despite no items being delivered. This has completely shattered my trust in this service, and I won’t use it again.

Terrible experience.

Half of my order was missing, and when I went to the same store later, I found all the supposedly unavailable items on the shelves. A pack of eggs arrived half broken, and when I contacted customer support, they told me to call a hotline for a refund. This is impractical when you’re busy and managing a lot of responsibilities. I’m grateful I used a free delivery offer; otherwise, it would have been a huge disappointment. I will definitely not use this service again.

Regret not checking reviews first.

I wish I had looked up reviews before ordering. I placed a £38 order, but only £6 worth was supposedly fulfilled, which never arrived. The driver took a picture of a door that wasn’t mine. The whole point of this service was to avoid making a trip for a few items, but I still had to go out. I’m still waiting for my refund.

Service deserves a serious review.

I ordered items for delivery and received an estimated timeframe. Once that timeframe passed, customer service informed me that my order was still being delivered, but they were waiting for it to be collected. They offered a voucher and assured me it was on the way. However, right after the call, I received an email stating my order was canceled. I explained my medical condition and that I had a child at home. I was denied speaking to a manager and any form of assistance. After just leaving the hospital, I was left without food on New Year’s Eve. This is unacceptable.

Still waiting for my refund.

My order was canceled in-store on December 30th, and I'm still waiting for my refund as of January 12th. The customer service is overseas and not very helpful. Now I have to wait another 3 to 5 days to see if I receive my refund. I won't use this service again.
