I ordered items for delivery and received an estimated timeframe. Once that timeframe passed, customer service informed me that my order was still being delivered, but they were waiting for it to be collected. They offered a voucher and assured me it was on the way. However, right after the call, I received an email stating my order was canceled. I explained my medical condition and that I had a child at home. I was denied speaking to a manager and any form of assistance. After just leaving the hospital, I was left without food on New Year’s Eve. This is unacceptable.
