All reps have always been wonderful, and today was no different. I received my shipment today and it was a bottle short. I sent an email to Lauren S. explaining. She responded in less than 20 minutes apologizing for the packing error and said the missing bottle would be on its way directly. I got an email around 2 hours later saying it was shipped!!
