Choq products are pure and without synthetic additives. I don't need to read the labels to know this. I feel it. I've been on Shilajit(Daily), Chad Mode, Choq Lit, Tongkat, And Ashwaganda for almost 2 years now. In conjunction with other good habits they are undeniably making me the best version of myself. Every email I sent was answered the same day, and every question was met with genuine kindness. As a Canadian customer ordering from an American supplier, there can be downsides with exchange rates, shipping, and duties. Lauren went out of her way to secure us as customers and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. All reps have always been wonderful, and today was no different. I received my shipment today and it was a bottle short. I sent an email to Lauren S. explaining. She responded in less than 20 minutes apologizing for the packing error and said the missing bottle would be on its way directly. I got an email around 2 hours later saying it was shipped!!
