Choq has great communication with their customers I must say. Originally when I got my order I only received 1/5 of my order and was quite disappointed. I reached out and got a response within 24 hours. Lauren S personally emailed me and explained that there was a shortage of products and sent me an updated tracker for the remainder of my order! However when I received the rest of my order, unfortunately I had one item missing. Lauren, yet again, quickly responded and sent me a tracker for my order!
